Ciavarella Design was formed in August of 1998 to provide complete design services that respond to a variety of client
needs. The firm has grown to include Architect, General Contractor, Project Manager, CAD Designer and Office support staff.
We are very skilled at meeting client's budgets and offer creative solutions to help control costs along with the technology
to serve our clients needs.
Brad Ciavarella is an architect and an artist and frequently blends artistic solutions
into building design. He is also considered an expert in historic preservation and functional use of space. Brad has designed
several local projects including residential, commercial and municipal projects around the state. Brad was also the design
team leader and the design architect for the Presidential Trail at Mount Rushmore.
At Ciavarella Design we are process
oriented and we believe proven methods of design will produce superior results for our Owners. We believe that "listening"
is the most important first step to a successful project.

Brad is a licensed
architect in South Dakota and all adjacent states and has national certification as an architect. (NCARB) He is also licensed
in Michigan.
Lynn graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Architecture. Using
the latest CAD and design software, Lynn is skilled in transferring ideas into plans and drawings for building your new
home.
Andy is currently attending North Dakota State University int he Architecture Program. This is Andy's second year
interning with Ciavarella Design.
